About me
My name is Dominika, and I am a certified massage therapist. In the past, I went through periods of intense physical pain and illness that pushed me to my limits on several occasions.
This is why I developed a deep appreciation for De-armouring and vagus nerve work. Both have helped me immensely on my own journey, and I have seen how effectively they can support people through difficult periods in life and help transform their lives for the better. I feel deeply grateful to be part of a team that shares vagus nerve bodywork inspired by Indigenous healing traditions from Thailand, Hawaii, and Brazil.
My personal journey has also taken me through a plant-based diet retreat in Peru, work with traditional plant medicines in Ecuador, a Vision Quest, a nine-day darkness retreat, and various other personal growth retreats and courses. Working with traditional plant medicines opened up a deeper dimension of touch for me, and people often describe my touch as deeply healing.
